Roswin is a highly qualified and globally certified Sustainability Consultant with 23 years of cross-disciplinary experience spanning ESG strategy, sustainability reporting, GHG Accounting and Life cycle Assessments. Holding a BE Mechanical Degree from Goa Engineering College, India, Roswin combines a strong experience transforming businesses across diverse industries to integrating future-ready sustainability solutions. He is a GRI Certified Professional and with credentials in ISO 14064 (GHG Accounting) and a strong hold of Life Cycle Assessment (ISO 14040/44). His career is distinguished by his leadership in developing ESG platforms, Scope 1–3 emission calculation, sustainability reporting based on international standards like GRI, IFRS, SASB, UNSDGs and supplier engagement frameworks that align with global sustainability benchmarks.

Roswin is well-versed in the conceptualization and implementation of digital ESG platforms such as GHG calculator, materiality assessment and clean tech solutions for industry requirements, designing corporate sustainability through innovation. He has also played a key role in integrating economic, social, and governance KPIs to ESG requirements to support compliance and reporting needs for multinational clients. He has led multiple sustainability initiatives across multiple industry sectors, including enabling clients drive decarbonization strategies.

Throughout his career, he pioneered a methodology for quantifying carbon reduction and its impact at the organizational level through operational excellence initiatives. This innovative approach enables businesses to achieve net-zero targets on a limited budget by leveraging process efficiency rather than relying solely on technological innovation. As a result, organizations can drive sustainability while simultaneously improving profitability.

He has developed over 8,600 Change Agents and Sustainability Champions and successfully led more than 800 projects. Additionally, his improvement initiatives have delivered exceptional ROIs ranging from 12:1 to 40:1, significantly contributing to net-zero strategies.
