Sweta has been at the helm of Gazelles Management Consultancy since 2014, having founded the company by herself; Sweta is a first-generation Entrepreneur, Innovator, Coach and a member of the prestigious Dubai Business Women Council (DBWC).
Under Sweta’s leadership Gazelles has focused on cultural transformation through business excellence and operational excellence. Gazelles is one of the first movers in “LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®” methodology, making her one of the few facilitators in the world who designs simulations on LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®” - a methodology used to enhance experiential learning in any technical domain with a 3D experience. Sweta’s 17 years of
lies in transforming SME, Family-Owned Business, Corporates, Government organizations like *(Ministry of Health, Dubai Health Authority, Health point, Aggreko Middle East etc) into a world class organization with focus on “cost leadership”.
While being an assessor of awards Dubai Quality Award (DQA), Dubai Human Resource Development Award (DHDA), Taqdeer Award and Innovation Award, Sweta is a jury member of Dubai Quality Group – a subgroup on continual improvement promoting quality-based culture across the UAE.
Sweta has been involved in developing innovative product portfolios which includes “OPEXMS” software for operational excellence and “OPEXEDU” an edtech platform whose primary focus shall be upskilling youngsters on future “Life Skill”.
