Currently serving as Tech Lead at Gazelles Management Consultancy, Nagarjun plays a strategic role in spearheading technology modernization efforts and delivering scalable, resilient platforms that empower business growth. He combines deep technical fluency with a business-first mindset, bridging the gap between innovation and execution.
Previously, he held senior
at Conexstra Technologies, where he led the development of mission-critical platforms such as
Indonis—a digital transformation tool for frontline workforce engagement—and a next-gen Transport Management System (TMS) that streamlined logistics for enterprise clients. His technical repertoire spans full-stack development (NodeJS, NestJS, Java, ReactJS), cloud-native infrastructure (AWS, IBM SoftLayer), microservices, and real-time messaging protocols like XMPP and SMPP.
Nagarjun’s international experience includes engineering leadership for fast-growing platforms like Hago.me, a dynamic e-commerce application in Vietnam, and Cooee Messenger, a secure messaging platform developed for the Southeast Asian market.
An alumnus of Solapur University with a Master’s degree in Computer Applications, Nagarjun is known for cultivating high-performing engineering cultures, scaling technology architectures with agility, and aligning product development with long-term strategic vision. He is a passionate advocate for clean code, modular architecture, and people-centered technology.
