He has a total of 22 years of industry experience and served several years in a senior managerial capacity in MNC’s which includes Asian Paints, Kansai Nerolac, Gates Corporation, to name a few. A self-starter, Adaptive to change. Excellent relationship, presentation and communication skills. Proven expertise in Lean and Six sigma training and projects implementations delivery track records, and thrive in challenging and dynamic environments.

He brings in extensive experience in managing complex Lean and Six sigma DMAIC (problem solving ) or DFSS projects ( New Product / Process development) life cycle through all phases in both medium and large projects and programs. Santosh is an experienced Consultant in change management and Quality improvement project trainer / coach / guide / mentor.

Lead organizational change and process improvement projects within Organizations in the Asia Pacific region with companies like Cadbury’s India, Volex, Godrej Hersheys, Godrej Saralee, GCPL, Nokia, Panasonic, Mindtree etc… He combines his SIX SIGMA,LEAN approach and tools and techniques expertise with his extensive practical experience in manufacturing and service environment for achieving the clients business goals.

He has trained more than 400 Black belts and handled many high value Lean Six sigma projects achieving more than INR 100 millions of hard cost savings.
